New Year, New Thinking!

We are already into the 2nd week of the new year and I am so excited. Do you ever have those moments when you just get this feeling that something amazing is about to happen? Well, I get that feeling a lot now. One reason is focusing on one of my goals for the new year. That goals is Positive Thinking or getting rid of negative thoughts. I am not a negative thinker (my hormones may disagree) but I realize the power of positive thinking because of the evidence I have seen in my life. 

I am a strong believer in the power of prayer and I also believe that many prayers go unanswered because we really don't think or believe it will happen. So this year, focusing on paying attention to what I am thinking, getting at least 8 hours of sleep every night, taking my supplements EVERYDAY, exercising and eating healthy are top priority for 2013 and the rest of my life.
